Level 1 National Award in Food Safety in Catering
The course is aimed at anyone who wishes to work in the food sector, or those currently in the industry such as waiters, carers etc. and those in schools and community groups.
The contents of this course follow best practice and are designed to reinforce the importance of good food safety practices in the workplace.
Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering (RQF)
This course is fully compliant with industry and regulatory standards. The topics that are covered are regarded by the Foods Standards Agency as important in maintaining good practice in the safe production and handling of food.
The content is aimed at those who work in or intend to work in the catering industry including those involved in the storage, preparation, cooking and handling of food.
Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering (RQF)
This qualification is designed for those who work in a supervisory, management or training role and require the knowledge and skills to supervise food safety in the catering environment. It provides the underpinning knowledge in food safety law, together with essential knowledge in the areas of food safety law
